酯化实验催化剂的改进

【摘要】 用阳离子交换树脂替代浓硫酸进行催化酯化反应实验,研究了催化剂用量、反应时间等对酯化反应的影响。结果表明:该催化剂用于酯化实验效果良好,可避免用浓硫酸催化造成的环境污染,并且产品收率和纯度较高,催化剂又可重复使用,降低了实验成本。是一条典型的绿色化学途径。

【Abstract】 The esterifiction experiment with the cation resin catalysis instead of concentrate sulfuric acid was studied. The influences of catalyst amount,reaction time were investigated. The results showed that this catalyst has good effect to esterification experiment. This method could prevent the environmental pollution caused by concentrate sulfuric acid as catalyst. It also has high yield and purity. The catalyst can be used repeat, reduce experiment cost. It is a typical simple and practical new"green"route to the synthesis of cyclohexene.
