非水滴定法测定硫酸铵实验的微型化探索
A Study on Determination of the Ammonium Sulfate by Non-aqueous Microtitration
【摘要】 利用自己设计研制微型滴定装置,对非水滴定法测定硫酸铵的实验进行微型化研究,并对微型滴定法与常量滴定法的平行测定结果进行了比较,结果无显著性差异,F检验和t检验结果均在允许范围以内,相对偏差小于0.2%,符合分析化学的要求.
【Abstract】 Using homemade micro-titration device,research on the non-aqueous titration of determination of ammonium sulfate experiment was conducted.Comparing micro-titration with conventional-titration results,it shows that there is no significant difference.The result of F-test and T-test were within the permissible range,and the relative standard deviation was less than 0.2%,in line with the requirements of analytical chemistry.
