关于新合并综合性大学发展教师教育的思考
Thoughts on the Development of Teacher Education in the Newly Merged Comprehensive University
【摘要】 伴随着我国高等教育体制改革,许多新合并成立的综合性大学开始举办教师教育,但是综合性大学办教师教育存在诸多问题,为此,诸多综合性大学在人才培养模式方面进行积极探索,但是,这并不能从根本上解决综合性大学办教师教育所遇到的难题,因此,借鉴国外教师专业化发展中所建立的专业发展学校是综合性大学办教师教育的可行模式。
【Abstract】 With the deepening of the reform in China’s higher education system,teacher education as a discipline has been included in a number of newly merged comprehensive universities.However,many problems have arisen in this respect.Although many comprehensive universities have made explorations in their personnel training patterns,problems have not been really solved.Therefore,the professional development school abroad can be used as a reference for creating a workable model for the development of teacher education in these universities.
