【摘要】 公共支出与经济增长的关系,不仅是一个重要的理论问题,更是一个关系到人类福利的重大政策实践问题。从20世纪70年代开始至今,经济学家对公共支出与经济增长的关系进行了大量的实证研究。本文对上述实证研究文献的研究方法、研究成果以及存在的各种争论进行了梳理和评述,并在此基础上指出了未来可能的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between public expenditure and economic growth is not only an important theoretical problem but also an important empirical problem which is closely associated with human welfare.Economists have done a lot of empirical study on it since 1970s.This paper will go through the vast empirical literature,and summarize and evaluate the conclusions and debates,and the approach improvements in the empirical study.It will contribute new understandings to the future research and the fiscal policy practice in our country.更多还原
