基于光顺法及Pro/E的共轭凸轮的反求设计
The Reverse Design of Conjugated Cam Based on Curve Smoothing and Pro/E
【摘要】 为解决工程应用中直接根据测量数据对凸轮进行加工生产所产生的误差,提出一种在曲线光顺基础上利用三维制图软件Pro/E协助实现反求共轭凸轮的设计方法。该方法首先利用Pro/E的曲率分析功能,去除点集中的坏点,再基于最小二乘法原理对共轭凸轮的主凸轮廓线进行多项式拟合,最后利用Pro/E运动仿真模块中的轨迹生成功能,自动生成副凸轮廓线,可避免由数值计算而产生的误差。
【Abstract】 To solve the practical application of direct measurement in accordance with the cam production generated by the processing of error,the paper brings forward a method that is based on curve smoothing and the three-dimensional drawing software——Pro/E to assist the reverse design of the conjugated cams.This method first eliminates the bad points by analysing the curvature,then smooths the main Cam’s curve by polynomial fitting,in the end,uses Pro/E’s motional simulation module to create the vice-cam.It avoids the error by calculating the vice-cam’s contour line.
