放线菌19G-317菌株的鉴定及其抑菌活性研究

【摘要】 对分离自三江源自然保护区的1株放线菌(编号:19G-317)采用平板对峙法和盆栽试验测定其抑菌活性,并通过形态学观察、培养特征、生理生化特性和分子分类方法研究其分类地位.结果表明,放线菌19G-317菌株对供试的23种植物病原真菌均有不同程度地抑制作用,其中对番茄灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)、油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)、水稻纹枯病菌(Thanatephorus cucumeris)等14种供试病原菌的抑制作用较强,其抑菌带均大于10mm;盆栽试验结果表明,其发酵液对番茄灰霉病的保护效果和治疗效果分别为47.82%和45.77%;根据形态观察、生理生化特征和16SrDNA序列比对分析,初步鉴定该菌株为链霉菌属中黄色类群链霉菌Streptomyces sp.

【Abstract】 The antifungal activity of actinomyces strain 19G-317 isolated from Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve was determined by confronting cultivation on PDA plates and potted plants,and the strain was identified by morphological,chemical and molecular methods.Results show that the strain displayed a broad-spectrum inhibitory activity to all the tested 23 plant pathogenic fungi,of which,the width of inhibition zones against 14 pathogens outweighed 10 mm,such as Botrytis cinerea,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Thanatephorus cucumeris,et al.Results of potted plants show that the protective and therapeutic efficacy of the fermentation broth to B.cirerea was 47.82% and 45.77%,respectively.According to the morphological,cultural,physiological and biochemical characteristics,and 16S rDNA sequence,the strain 19G-317 was identified as Streptomyces sp.
