电针治疗对阿尔茨海默病大鼠Ach、ChAT、AchE的影响

【摘要】 目的:探索电针对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型大鼠脑内乙酰胆碱(Ach)、乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)及乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)含量的影响。方法:取健康的SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和电针组。用Aβ1-40微量注射至大鼠双侧Meynert基底核,建立AD模型,电针组予以电针治疗,治疗1个月后处死,检测海马及皮质部位Ach、ChAT、AchE的含量或活性,观察电针对Ach合成与分解的影响。结果:电针组大鼠海马及皮质部位Ach、ChAT、AchE含量或活性较模型组相比,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:电针治疗AD大鼠能提高脑内Ach的合成与释放,抑制Ach的分解。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture treatment for alzheimer’ s disease (AD) model rats in the content of acetylcholine ( Ach ) ,acetylcholine transferase ( ChAT ) and acetyl-cholinesterase(AchE).Method:Admission healthy SD rats 40,randomly divided into normal group,sham -operated group,the model group and electro -acupuncture group. Using Aβ-amyloid 1 -40 protein with mi-croinjection to bilateral Meynert basal ganglia of rats,to establish AD model,use electroacupuncture to treat the electroacupuncture group,af-ter treating one month,kill to test the content of Ach,activity of ChAT and AchE in Cortex and hippocampus site,observe the effect of elec-troacupuncture treatment on Ach synthesis and decomposition. Results:The electro-acupuncture groups content or activity of Ach,ChAT and AchE in cortex and hippocampus part than the model group,with signifi-cant difference ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion:The Electro -acupuncture treatment can improve the synthesis and release of Ach in AD ratsbrain,suppress the Ach decomposition.
