【摘要】 目的:分析遗传性大肠癌常染色体显性遗传规律,对有大肠癌遗传病史的家族后代做好预防工作,减少大肠癌的发生。方法:对61例遗传性大肠癌患者家系调查咨询及查体,分别做相关辅助检查:消化道气钡双对比造影、纤维结肠镜检查并取活检、X线平片检查、病理学检查、临床生化检查,细胞遗传学检查为外周血淋巴细胞G-显带染色体分析等。结果:遗传性大肠癌在家系中连续几代发生,当父亲或母亲获得了常染色体显性遗传时,其儿女患此病的危险率是50%。患者往往有两种或两种以上的癌肿发生。结论:有大肠癌遗传病史的家族后代,及早给予预防措施,对遗传性大肠癌患者的有效治疗具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:By investigating analysis,to understand hereditary colorectal cancer autosomal dominant genetic,which can have a history of family and future generations,and also to prevent and reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer.Methods:Based on 61cases with family consultation and investigations respectively,different auxiliary examinations,inspection items which had been done were gastrointestinal double-contrast barium gas,fiber colonoscopy for biopsy,X-ray film inspection,biopsy pathological examination,Clinical labo-ratory examination,cytogenetic examination of peripheral blood lymphocytes for the G-banding chromosome analysis.Results:Hereditary colorectal cancer in successive generations occurred when the father or mother had autosomal dominant genetic disease,their sons and daughters with the risk of developing breast cancer was 50 percent.Patients often had two or more kinds of the cancer occurred.Conclusion:Investigation of the genetic history for colorectal cancer has a family and future generations.To prevent or find micro-transfer and micro-transfer tendency of colorectal cancer as early as possible,and taking effective treatment are of great significance.更多还原
