【摘要】 目的:观察紫杉醇联合阿霉素方案(TA)对乳腺肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法:利用细胞原代培养和MTT法观察TA方案及CMF方案(环磷酰胺+阿霉素+5-FU)和CAF方案(环磷酰胺+氨甲喋呤+5-FU)对乳腺肿瘤细胞原代培养的抑制率。结果:TA、CAF、CMF方案对乳腺肿瘤细胞的抑制率分别为56.10%、45.12%,39.02%。TA方案抑制率明显高于CAF方案(P<0.05〉。结论:TA方案对乳腺肿瘤的抑制率明显高于其他方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe inhibitory effect of paclitaxel plus doxorubicin(TA)on breast cancer cell.Methods:In TA plan,CMF,CAF for breast cancer cell inhibitory effect were observed by MTT methods of cell culture.Results:Inhibitory rate of TA CMF and CAF on breast cancer cell were respectively 56.10%,39.02% and 45.12%.The inhibitory rate of TA plan was higher than that of CMF plan significantly.Conclusion:The inhibitory rate of TA on breast cancer cell was better than that of other plans significantly.更多还原
