【摘要】 从地方高校实施海洋教育的现状出发,分析了地方高校在海洋人才培养中存在的五大问题:第一,人才培养模式统一化,第二,专业结构不尽合理,第三,高水平师资缺乏,第四,课程体系落后,第五,实践教学条件不完善;并提出了地方高校优化海洋人才培养的对策。其具体包括:第一,更新人才培养理念,第二,制定科学的人才培养目标,第三,优化人才培养方案,第四,创新人才培养途径,第五,改革人才培养运行机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of the status quo of the implementation of marine education in local universities,this paper analyzes the five existing problems in cultivating talents for marine work.These problems include 1) the unity of talent cultivating mode,2) unreasonable specialty structure,3) lack of high-quality teachers,4) backwardness of course system and 5) imperfect practical teaching conditions.In accordance with these problems,this paper advances five countermeasures to optimize the training of talents for marine work in local universities and colleges: 1) updating the concept of talent cultivating,2) setting up a scientific goal of talent cultivating,3) optimizing the program of talent cultivating,4) innovating the ways of talent cultivating and 5) reforming the operative mechanism of talent cultivating.更多还原
