【Abstract】 Career-creation education is the requirement of social development, it also close related to the survival and development of college. Teacher is the person who teaches students knowledge, tells students the way to live and answers students’ questions, which quoted from of Archaic Chinese. So the teacher’s team obviously play very important role on career-creation education. Seriously Lack of high-quality teacher’s team existed in career-creation education. The successfully development of career-creation education in college should start from improvement of teacher’s team.
