陕西省三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂的敏感性

【摘要】 目的了解陕西省三带喙库蚊对常用杀虫剂的敏感性。方法用浸渍法测定8种杀虫剂对5个地区三带喙库蚊的LC50。结果DDT、敌敌畏、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯和双硫磷等5种杀虫剂汉滨区三带喙库蚊敏感性最高;氯氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯南郑县三带喙库蚊敏感性最高;残杀威陇县三带喙库蚊敏感性最高。结论敏感性测定结果可作为基础数据用于资料积累;连续开展敏感性监测,了解蚊虫抗药性趋势,有利于指导蚊虫防制。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the susceptibility of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to the usual insecticides in Shaanxi province.Methods The WHO standard bioassay(dipping test) was employed to calculate LC50 of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to 8 insecticides in 5 areas.Results The susceptibility of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to 5 insecticides(DDT,DDVP,permethrin,deltamethrin and parathion) in Hanbin County was higher than in the other 4 areas.The highest susceptibility to cypermethrin and β cypermethrin was in Nanzheng County,while susceptibility to propoxur was highest in Long County.Conclusion The results of susceptibility monitoring can be used for basic data accumulation.Susceptibility should be monitored regularly so as to ascertain the development of resistance and help in directing mosquito control.
