【Abstract】 Objective To study the chromosome karyotype of Paragonimus skrjabini distributed in Yunnan.MethodsThe ovaries and teste were collected from adult P.skrjabini distributed in Yunnan.Chromosome specimens were prepared after short-term cell culture.Chromosome specimens were observed and photographed under a microscope.Results The chromosome karyotype of P.skrjabini was n=11 and 2n=22.Conclusion The chromosome karyotype of P.skrjabini distributed in Yunnan is the same as that of P.skrjabini distributed in Sichuan.更多还原
