阴道毛滴虫分泌型抗原电泳分析

【摘要】 目的研究阴道毛滴虫滋养体分泌型抗原,为阴道毛滴虫免疫诊断寻找特异性抗原。方法用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)和免疫移印迹(Western blot)方法,对阴道毛滴虫分泌型抗原进行分析。结果SDS-PAGE分离出9条蛋白带,分子质量单位为15.8~91.2ku,其中主带5条;Western blot显示7条带,在17.0和37.2ku处有2条带缺失。结论阴道毛滴虫分泌型抗原9条蛋白带中,有7条蛋白带特异性免疫反应较强,有望成为阴道毛滴虫免疫诊断的候选抗原。

【Abstract】 Objective To study secretive antigens of Trichomonas vaginalis and to find specific antigens for immunological examine of T.vaginalis. Methods The secretive antigens of T.vaginalis from a patient suffering from trichomonad vaginitis were studied by means of SDS-PAGE and Western blot. Results A total of 9 distinct protein bands with MWs 15.8-91.2 ku respectively were demonstrated by means of SDS-PAGE, and 5 of them were main bands.By western blot, the specific anti-T.vaginalis antibodies raised in rabbit recognized 7 out of 9 protein bands. Conclusion 7 protein bands out of 9 secretive antigens bands of the parasite showed high immunogenicity, they showed promise as specific antigens for immunological examine of T.vaginalis.
