PCR技术应用于寄生虫分类鉴定的研究进展
Advances on application of PCR technology in classification and identification of parasites
【摘要】 PCR技术对寄生虫病原体的检测和鉴定提供了一种强有力的工具。PCR分子分类方法具有操作简便、特异性高和信息量丰富等优点,弥补了形态学分类上的不足。本文介绍了PCR-RFLP、RAPD和PCR-SSCP等技术的基本原理及用于寄生虫分类鉴定的研究进展。
【Abstract】 PCR technology provides a powerful tool for detection and identification of parasite pathogen,and PCR molecular classification,which can make up the inadequacies of the morphological classification,can be used conveniently,and have advantages of high specificity and sufficient information.The fundamental principle and application of PCR technology,including PCR-RFLP,RAPD and PCR-SSCP in the classification identification of parasites,were introduced in this paper.
