野生稻DNA导入后代对稻瘟病的抗性遗传分析

【摘要】 连续多年鉴定了21份普通野生稻(AA染色体组)DNA导入后代株系对稻瘟病的抗性,筛选出3个稳定抗病的后代株系2005D3-60、2005D3-136和2005D3-112,以其与感病地方品种白皮稻的杂交F1代和F2代为材料,初步分析了导入后代对稻瘟病菌系01-13-1的抗性遗传特性。研究结果表明:3个组合的F1代对01-13-1菌系全部表现抗病,说明其抗病性都是由显性基因控制的;2005D3-60/白皮稻和2005D3-136/白皮稻的F2代抗感分离比例为9∶7,说明对01-13-1的抗性是由2对显性基因控制,且基因存在互补作用,而05D3-112/白皮稻的F2代抗感分离比例为27∶37,说明其抗病性是由3对显性基因控制的,基因亦存在互补作用;3个组合正反交的F1代均表现抗病、F1代分离比例相同,说明导入系中抗稻瘟病性状属细胞核遗传。

【Abstract】 Multi-year trials were conducted to evaluate the resistance of 21 progenies introduced with common wild rice DNA(AA genome)to Rice Blast.Three stable progenies with resistance to Rice Blast,2005D3-60,2005D3-136 and 2005D3-112,were selected and crossed with Rice Blast susceptible landrace Baipidao.Preliminary analysis was made on the genetic characters of resistance to Rice Blast in the progenies.The result showed that the F1 progenies derived from three crossing combinations were all resistant to 01-13-1 isolates,suggesting that the Rice Blast resistance was controlled by dominant genes.The ratio of Rice-Blast-resistant lines to Rice-Blast-susceptible lines was 9∶7 in F2 segregating groups arisen from the crossing combinations between 2005D3-60 and Baipidao,2005D3-136 and Baipidao,reseptively.Indicated the resistance was controlled by two pairs of dominant genes which interacted with each other.For 05D3-112,three dominant genes,interacting with each other,presumably controlled the Rice-Blast-resistance.The ratio of Rice-Blast-resistant lines to Rice-Blast-susceptible lines was 27∶37 in F2 segregating groups arisen from the crossing combinations between 05D3-112 and Baipidao.Equal segregating ratios were observed in reciprocal crosses progenies,indicating that the resistance of rice lines introduced with wild rice genes to Rice Blast was subject to nucleolus inheritance.
