玉米叶片光合生理与抗旱性关系研究

【摘要】 在水分胁迫条件下,对玉米叶片净光合速率、叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光参数的变化进行了研究。结果表明:玉米叶片净光合速率(Pn)、叶绿素a(Chla)、叶绿素b(Chlb)、总叶绿素含量(Chl)、叶绿素a/b比值(Chla/b)、最大荧光(Fm)和PSⅡ光化学效率(Fv/Fm)比对照均有所下降,基础荧光(Fo)增加;Pn和Chla/b比值占对照百分率与品种抗旱性呈极显著正相关(r=0.880 7**,p<0.01;r=0.880 4**,p<0.01),Fo占对照百分率与品种抗旱性则呈显著负相关(r=-0.764 0*,p<0.05),Fm和Fv/Fm占对照百分率与品种抗旱性则呈显著正相关(r=0.711 6*,p<0.05;r=0.772 3*,p<0.05)。因此,净光合速率、叶绿素a/b比值、Fo、Fm和Fv/Fm可以用来评定不同玉米品种的抗旱性。

【Abstract】 The change of net photosynthetic rate of leaf,chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were studied under water stress.The result showed that net photosynthetic rate of leaf(Pn),chlorophyll a(Chl a),chlorophyll b(Chl b),total chlorophyll content(Chl),value of chlorophyll a/b(Chl a/b),max fluorescence(Fm) and photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(Fv/Fm) were decreased compared with the antitheses.The basis fluorescence(Fo) was increased.The ratio of Pn and Chl a/b in antitheses correlated positively to drought resistance very significantly(r=0.880 7**,p<0.01;r=0.880 4**,p<0.01).The ratio of Fo in antitheses correlated negative to drought resistance very significantly(r=-0.764 0*,p<0.05).The ratio of Fm and Fv/Fm in antitheses correlated positively to drought resistance very significantly.So the net photosynthetic rate,the value of chlorophyll a/b,Fo,Fm and Fv/Fm could be used to evaluate the drought resistance of different sweet maize varieties.
