【摘要】 对7个莴苣品种(绿生四季生菜、5号四季尖皱叶、尖叶一号、春都三号、美国大速生菜、苦卖叶莴笋、绿青一号)的种子在吸胀初期进行不同时间的光照处理(全光照、光照6、4、2h、没有光照)后,立即放在黑暗的培养箱里恒温(分别为20、30℃)培养。在规定的时间(第7天)统计其发芽率,从而观察分析不同时间光照处理对相同品种或不同品种的莴苣种子萌发的影响。结果表明:莴苣种子的萌发因品种的不同存在差异。在20℃恒温条件下,不同品种的莴苣种子其发芽率整体良好;不同时间的光照处理会对其发芽率产生影响,但总体效果不明显,也没有明显规律。在30℃恒温条件下,不同时间的光照处理对莴苣种子萌发影响显著,并具有一定规律,即莴苣种子的发芽率与光照处理时间成正比关系,表现出明显的需光性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seven different varieties lettuce seeds were treated with all light and light 6,4,2 h and dark at beginning of the imbinition.Then all the seeds were immediately put in the dark incubator at constant temperature of 20 ℃ and 30 ℃ for germination.Counted germination rate at the 7 th day,and analyzed the effect on germination of same or different varieties treated by different light.The results showed that:germination percentage of lettuce seeds was different from varieties.At 20 ℃ constant temperature,germination percentage of different varieties was all relative high.Different light led to germination percentage behaved differently between varieties,but the difference was not significant and had no laws.At 30 ℃ constant temperature,germination percentage was influenced significantly by light,and germination percentage correlated positively with lighting time,this phenomenon indicated that lettuce seeds need light during germination.更多还原
