【Abstract】 Germination trial was caried for study the germination characteristic of Meconopsis racemosa Maxim in 5-30 ℃ condition.The result showed that All of the seed can germinate.The suitable germination ternperature were 15-25 ℃ for Meconopsis racemosa Maxim seed.The optimal temperature for seed germination was 20 ℃.GA3 was benefit for germination obviously.更多还原
