【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素(IL-18)在鲍氏不动杆菌性脓毒症中的变化及意义。方法建立鲍氏不动杆菌大鼠脓毒症模型,按不同时间段分成5个组及1个正常对照组,用ELISA方法监测血清中TNF-α和IL-18的浓度变化。结果TNF-α脓毒症组明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各脓毒症组间差异无统计学意义;而IL-18随着时间变化逐渐升高,16h达高峰,明显高于其余各组(P<0.05),之后逐渐下降,甚至低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论TNF-α和IL-18在鲍氏不动杆菌性脓毒症中随着不同时间存在一定变化,血清水平的测定将有助于早期诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the change and significance of TNF-α and IL-18 in the Acinetobacter baumannii sepsis. METHODS Sixty male SD rats were divided into 6 groups. The first group was normal control group. The second to sixth groups were sepsis groups which were killed at 4h,16h,24h,48h,72h after injecting A. baumannii through intraperitoneal injection to make sepsis model. The level of TNF-α and IL-18 in the serum of rats was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RESULTS The level of TNF-α in the serum increased markedly in the sepsis groups (P<0.05). However,the level of IL-18 in the serum reached the peak at 16h (P<0.05),then decreased gradually. CONCLUSIONS The level of TNF-α and IL-18 in the serum of rats which had A. baumannii sepsis changes at different time. Therefore the serum level of TNF-α and IL-18 may be helpful for earlier diagnosis of A. baumannii sepsis.更多还原
