【摘要】 目的控制人禽流感在医院诊疗救治过程中的传播,预防医院感染的暴发。方法完善制度,严格防护、规范医疗废物,加强医院环境清洁消毒、卫生学及消毒灭菌效果监测和督查等措施。结果重症监护病房两次环境卫生及消毒灭菌效果采样监测共86份、消毒液浓度监测共11份,合格率均100.0%,在救治人禽流感期间无医院感染的发生。结论早发现、早报告、早治疗、早隔离等综合性预防控制,可预防医院感染的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To control the transmission of avian influenza in hospital and prevent the outbreaks of hospital infection.METHODS The main countermeasures were undertaken to improve the system,protect the health care workers and patients,standardize the medical waste treatment,streng then the hospital environment cleaning and disinfection,monitor and supervise the effect of hygiene,disinfection and sterilization.RESULTS After two times of monitoring the effect of hygiene,disinfection and sterilization in ICU,the pass rate was 100.0% in 86 samples,and the pass rate of 11 samples of disinfectant concentration monitoring was also 100.0%.During the period of human avian influenza there was no hospital infection happened.CONCLUSIONS The implementation of comprehensive prevention and control is effective in preventing the occurrence of hospital infection.更多还原
