【摘要】 目的了解神经外科住院患者抗菌药物应用情况。方法回顾性调查2006年与2008年住院病历,每月连续抽取7 d住院病历,共计285份,对抗菌药物种类用药金额及DDDs进行归类统计比较和相关性分析。结果2006年神经外科抗菌药物使用率91.67%,2008年神经外科使用率为78.29%,同比下降13.38%,涉及抗菌药物种类7类17个品种,应用频率最高是头孢菌素,住院患者抗菌药物应用统计药物利用指数(DUI)<1为合理用药。结论神经外科抗菌药物的应用较为合理,符合神经外科用药特点,但使用水平有待进一步提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the application of antibacterial medicine on neurosurgery inpatients.METHODS A retrospective review of inpatient cases was conducted.Altogether 285 cases were randomly collected in consecutively 7 days in from 2006 to 2008.Similarity comparison in categorization and relevancy analysis were carried out to study the application of antibacterial medicines on inpatients,types of the antibacterial medicines,the amount of medical fee and DDDs.RESULTS The application of antibacterial medicine on neurosurgery inpatients during 2006 and 2008 were 91.67% and 78.29%,respectively.Among the antibacterial medicines,cephalosporin was used most frequently.Ceftriaxone ranked top in DDDs.Data showed that drug use index(DUI)<1,which indicated the medication was appropriate.CONCLUSIONS The application of antibacterial medicines in our hospital is appropriate and meets the neurosurgical requirements.Yet there is still need to improve the general level of application.更多还原
