【摘要】 目的比较3种方法对胃镜清洗效果的优劣,为推广高效、节约多酶洗液和纱布提供科学依据。方法对3种方法清洗消毒后的胃镜进行检测,并按照多酶洗液应用方法的不同将其随机分为试验1组、试验2组,对照组则完全按照卫生部2004年内镜消毒规范执行。结果共检测胃镜256条,试验1组78条,试验2组84条,对照组94条;3组在消毒后的合格率均为100%,3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论试验1组、试验2组均在4个槽中清洗可达到胃镜清洗消毒的效果,节省了大量的多酶洗液,减少其排放对环境的污染,同时缩短了清洗的时间,试验2组在节省多酶洗液的同时又节省了纱布,值得在临床上推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To choose a better disinfection method to cut down the cost of washing and disinfection.METHODS The endoscopes were washed by three methods.According to the kinds of multienzyme,they were divided into two groups(group 1 and group 2) randomly and a control group.Control group was washed by the method according to standard of Ministry of Health.RESULTS Altogether 256 endoscopes were detected.The qualified rate was all 100% in 3 groups and had no statistical difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS The methods used in groups 1 and 2 can attain the effect of cleaning and sterility,not only saving lots of multienzyme,but also decreasing environmental pollution and shortening time of cleaning and sterilization.The method used in group 2 can save a lots of multienzyme washing liquor and bandage,which deserves to widely use in clinics.更多还原
