【摘要】 目的研究在新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)实施手卫生管理的意义与具体方法。方法建立手卫生培训制度,并用视频监测手段观察干预前后共13个月>2万次的各类接触。结果实施手卫生培训后清洁接触率上升,由培训前的25.14%上升到最后1个月的88.05%;而平均接触次数和医院感染率下降,医院感染率由培训前的24.27%减少到最后1个月的7.07%;每小时平均接触次数由8.4次减少为4.3次;护工培训后的清洁接触率较医师和护士低;夜间护士和护工的清洁接触率明显降低。结论良好的手卫生策略是降低NICU医院感染的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of hand hygiene management in the neonatal intensive care unit and find out the right way.METHODS The primary hand hygiene policy was carried out and video monitoring was used to observe more than 20 000 times of contact in 13 months.RESULTS The clean contact rate increased after hand hygiene intervention,while mean contact times and nosocomial infection decreased.The clean contact rate before new hand hygiene policy was 25.14% and increased to 88.05% at the last month.The nosocomial infection rate dropped from 24.27% at the beginning to 7.07%.In the mean time,the contact frequency decreased from 8.4 times/h to 4.3 times/h.The clean contact rate of nursing aids was relatively lower than that of doctors and nurses after intervention.The clean contact rate of nurses and nursing aids in the night was lower than in the day time.CONCLUSIONS Hand hygiene has been singled out as the most important measure in preventing nosocomial infection in the neonatal intensive care unit.更多还原
