多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记研究
Genetic Marker of Class Ⅰ Integron in Multi-drug Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii
【摘要】 目的了解多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(MDR-ABA)Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记(qacE△1-sul1基因)存在状况。方法采用PCR检测62株MDR-ABAⅠ类整合子遗传标记(qacE△1-sul1基因)。结果62株MDR-ABAqacE△1-sul1基因阳性36株,阳性率58.1%;任取1个qacE△1-sul1基因PCR阳性产物进行DNA测序,经BLASTn比对,与美国GenBank已登录的136条相同。结论MDR-ABA存在严重的β-内酰胺类、氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类、四环素和复方新诺明等多药耐药状况与Ⅰ类整合子遗传标记携带率高有关;氯己定等消毒剂预防术后医院感染需要重新评估。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the existence status of class Ⅰ integron in multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (MDR-ABA). METHODS The genetic marker of class Ⅰ integron (qacE△1-sul1) was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR). RESULTS The positve rate of integron Ⅰ of 36 from 62 strains was 58.1%. The qacE△1-sul1 PCR gene product was sent for DNA sequencing, we found the sequence by BLASTn was the same as the reported strains. CONCLUSIONS The positive rate of the genetic marker of class Ⅰ integron (qacE△1-sul1) of multi-drug resistant A. baumannii is high. The resistance to β-lactam, aminoglycosides, quinolones, tetracycline and sulfamethoxazole, and other multi-drug resistance status were related to class Ⅰ integron. Disinfectants such as chlorhoxidine/trimethoprim need to reevalute their disinfection role in hospitals.
