【摘要】 目的了解广州某高等医学院校研究生乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染状况,为乙型肝炎防治工作提供依据。方法对广州某高等医学院校2003-2005年入学的3052名研究生进行入学体检现况调查,采集血标本采用ELISA法检测乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)和表面抗体(抗-HBs);用SAS统计软件包对结果进行2χ检验分析。结果广州某高等医学院校研究生HBsAg阳性率为4.75%,其中男性(5.94%)高于女性(3.68%),不同性别HBsAg阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.5964,P<0.01);不同年级研究生HBsAg阳性率(03、04、05级分别为5.66%、5.40%、3.37%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.2629,P<0.05),不同年级研究生抗-HBs阳性率(03、04、05级分别为69.06%、71.36%、78.31%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.3465,P<0.01);各年龄组HBsAg阳性率差异无统计学意义(2χ=4.7220,P>0.05);各年龄组抗-HBs阳性率差异有统计学意义(2χ=17.0761,P<0.01)。结论男性群体较女性群体更易成为乙型肝炎病毒的易感人群,是乙型肝炎疫苗接种的重要群体;随着年龄的增加,抗-HBs阳性率逐渐降低,加强学生的乙型肝炎疫苗接种工作对乙型肝炎的防治非常必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the hepatitis B infection status among postgraduate students of a medical college in Guangzhou.METHODS HBsAg and anti-HBs in the serum samples from 3052 postgraduate students were detected by ELISA.The database and statistic analyses were performed by using SAS.RESULTS The HBsAg positive rate among the 3052 postgraduate students was 4.75%.The HBsAg positive rates in male(5.94%) and female(3.68%) postgraduate students showed statistical significant(χ2=8.5964,P<0.01).The positive rate of HBsAg between different grades(03 grade,04 grade and 05 grade was 5.66%,5.40% and3.37%,respectively) of postgraduate students showed significant difference(χ2=7.2629,P<0.05),so did the anti-HBs(03 grade,04 grade and 05 grade was 69.06%,71.36% and 78.31%,respectively)(χ2=24.3465,P<0.01).The positive rate of HBsAg between age groups showed no significant difference(χ2=4.7220,P>0.05),while the positive rate of HBsAb between age groups showed significant difference(χ2=17.0761,P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS Male populations are more susceptible to hepatitis B virus than female and are the major populations for HBV vaccine.With the ages increased,the positive rate of anti-HBs decreases.It is still necessary to take measures to prevent HBV infection among the students.更多还原
