【摘要】 目的探讨植入前房型人工晶体术与准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术在超高度近视治疗中的效果。方法选取2007年1月～2009年2月于我院治疗的58例(116眼)超高度近视患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组29例(58眼)和B组29例(58眼),其中A组采用植入前房型人工晶体术进行治疗,B组则采用准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术进行治疗,对患者的术后并发症及随访效果进行比较评价。结果植入前房型人工晶体术在超高度近视治疗中的效果要好于准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术,且其术后并发症也明显少于准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术。结论在超高度近视的手术治疗方法中,植入前房型人工晶体术的治疗效果有明显积极的意义,且并发症发生率也较低,值得临床进一步研究及探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of different operations for extremely high myopia.Methods Selected 58 cases(116 eyes) extremely high myopia patient who were treated in my courtyard from Jan 2007 to Feb 2009 as the object of study,and divided them into group A 29 cases(58 eyes)and group B 29 cases(58 eyes).The group A was treated with the anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation,and the group B was treated with the laser in situ keratomileusis.Then the effect and complications were compared.Results The effect of the anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation was better than that of the laser in situ keratomileusis,and the complications of the anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation were less than that of the laser in situ keratomileusis.Conclusion The effect of different operations for extremely high myopia was better,and were worth further studying.更多还原
