【摘要】 目的探讨综合康复治疗对直肠癌Miles术后恢复期患者生存质量的影响。方法54例直肠癌Miles术后患者,其中32例(治疗组)于术后2周始给予人工肛门综合护理、性生活指导及心理干预等康复治疗。22例(对照组)只给予人工肛门一般性护理指导。利用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、Olson婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH)分别于术后2周及6个月对二组患者生存质量进行评估。结果综合康复治疗组人际关系敏感因子分、抑郁因子分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),性生活因子分明显升高(P<0.05)。对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论综合康复治疗能改善Miles术后患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effects of comprehensive rehabilitation programme on the quality of life of the pa-tients with carcinoma rectum in post-Miles operation during the period of convalescence.Methods 54 patients with carcino-ma rectum in post-Miles operation during the period of convalescence were randomly enrolled into rehabilitation group(n=32) and control group(n=22).The former were assigned to receive the treatment of comprehensive rehabilitation at 2 weeks after Miles-operation and the latter were assigned to receive only general nursing care.The quality of life of them were respectively assessed with the SCL-90 and ENRICH scores at 2 weeks and 6 months after operation.Results The scores of interpersonal sensitivity and depression in the group of comprehensive rehabilitation were significantly lower after rehabilitated than those of before rehabilitated(P<0.05) and sexual lifestyle scores were significantly higher after rehabilitated(P<0.05),but in the control group did not change(P>0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation programme could improve the quality of life of the patients with carcinoma rectum in post-Miles operation during the period of convalescence.更多还原
