【摘要】 目的研究CHK1、RAD51在结肠癌中的表达及其临床病理参数的关系。方法选取45例外科手术切除结肠癌标本及15例距病灶3～5cm的癌旁正常肠粘膜组织,10%福尔马林固定,常规石蜡包埋,每个标本行连续切片,厚4μm,应用SABC三步法,用CHK1、RAD51单克隆抗体对结肠癌组织切片进行染色,采用χ2检验或Fisher精确检验对CHK1、RAD51在结肠癌中的表达及其临床病理参数的关系进行研究。结果CHK1、RAD51在结肠癌组织及癌旁正常肠粘膜组织中的表达水平增高,在结肠腺瘤恶变及结肠癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,结肠癌组织中的CHK1、RAD51表达无相关性。结论RAD51的表达与结肠癌的发生发展、浸润转移及预后有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CHK1,RAD51 and their clinical Pathological paraeters in patients with colon cancer.Methods The selected specimens from 45 patients with with colon cancer and 15 patients with normal paracarcinoma colon cancer mucosa(part from 3～5cm) first fixed in 10% formalin and routinely enbedded in the paraffin,and then continuously sliced into 4μm thick sections.sections were stained by monoclonal antibodies which against CHK1、max and RAD51 protein by SABC immunohistochemistry methods.The relationship between the expres-sion of CHK1,max、RAD51 and its clinicoal Pathological paraeters was evaluated by the χ2(or Fisher)test.Results Excesive expresion of CHK1 and rad51 in colon cancer and normal paracarcinoma colon cancer mucosa may participate carcinogenesis and development,CHK1 is independent of RAD51 each other in colon cancer.Conclusion It appears that the role that RAD51 playing in metast-asis as cell adhesion molecules,is the underlying relationship between the expression of rad51 and the prognosis of patients with colon cancer.更多还原
