【摘要】 目的探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)心律失常的发生与心脏结构改变的关系。方法98例DCM患者均行常规心电图、24h动态心电图检查及心脏超声检查,分析心律失常与心脏结构改变的相关性。结果DCM心房颤动的发生与左房扩大程度密切相关,传导阻滞的发生与左室扩大程度有关,室性心律失常的发生与心室腔的扩大无明显关系。结论DCM患者心房颤动、传导阻滞的发生与心脏结构改变有关,通过改善心脏结构的重塑可延缓本病的自然进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship between arrhythmias in dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) changes of cardiac structure.Methods 98 patients with DCM were studied with conventional ECG,Holter and cardiac ultrasound examination,analysed the relation of cardiac arrhythmias and structural changes of cardiac.Results The occurrence of atrial fibrillation of DCM was closely related to the extent of left atrial enlargement,the conduction retardarce was related to left ventricular enlargement,however,the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia was no obviously related to the expansion of ventricular.Conclusion The occurrence of atrial fibrillation and conduction retardarce of patients with DCM was related to the structural changes of cardiac,and it could delay the process of this disease through improving the remodeling of cardiac structure.更多还原
