【摘要】 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用SP免疫组织化学技术检测65例肺癌组织中COX-2和E-cadherin的表达状况。结果①肺癌组中COX-2和E-cadherin的总阳性率分别为61.54%和63.08%;②在淋巴结转移组,COX-2和E-cadherin的阳性表达率分别为71.11%和53.33%,组间比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);③COX-2和E-cadherin的阳性表达率在I+Ⅱ期分别为53.66%和68.29%,低于和高于Ⅲ期病例中的表达率79.17%和29.17%,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);④COX-2阳性表达与E-cad-herin阳性表达呈负相关。结论非小细胞肺癌中COX-2高表达和E-cadherin的低表达在肺癌的发生、恶性演进过程中可能起作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of COX-2 and E-cadherin in non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC)and the expression relationship between COX-2 and E-cadherin in NSCLC.Methods The expression of COX-2 and E-cad-herin was examined with immunohistochemical technique in 65 specimens of NSCLC resected by surgery.Results ①The posi-tive expression rates of COX-2 and E-cadherin in NSCLC were 61.54% and 63.08% respectively.②The positive rates of COX-2 and E-cadherin proteins were 71.11% and 53.33% in the group of positive lymph node metastasis,there was significant difer-ence in each group(P<0.05).③The positive rates of COX-2 and E-cadherin proteins were 53.66% and 68.29% in the group of stage I+Ⅱ,lower and higher than that in the group of stageⅢ(P<0.05).④There was a statistically significant correlationship be-tween COX-2 expression and E-cadherin expression.Conclusion Higher expression of COX-2 proteins and lower expression of E-cadherin proteins might play an important role in the pathogenesis,progression in lung cancer.更多还原
