【摘要】 目的探讨应用穿支皮瓣修复小腿及足踝部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法在1998年2月至2008年6月间海口市人民医院应用胫后动脉内踝上穿支皮瓣8例和腓动脉外踝上穿支皮瓣7例分别修复小腿及足踝部组织缺损。结果术后12例穿支皮瓣全部成活,2例皮瓣发生边缘或表皮坏死,经换药后治愈,1例皮瓣坏死达1/2,经换药后再次植皮修复治愈,随访2月～4年,皮瓣外观良好,足踝部功能恢复,行走正常。结论内踝上或外踝上穿支皮瓣修复小腿及足踝部皮肤软组织缺损效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of repairing the soft tissue defects of the lower leg and ankle with perforator flap.Method From February 1998 to June 2008, we repaired tissue defects of lower leg and ankle respectively by using medial branches perforating branch of peroneal arter perforator flap in 7 cases.Results Twelve cases of flap survived after surgery, 2 cases occurred skin e dge necrosis a nd healed by change of dressing, 1 cases of flap occurred partial necrosisup to 1 / 2 and received skin graft in the second operation.Following up 2 months to 4 years, the appearance and ankle functional restoration of the survived skin flaps were fine.Conclusions The flap with the medial or lateral malleolus superior perforating branch is suitable to repair the defects of skin and soft tissue in the foot and ankle, and the effect is good.更多还原
