深水钻井隔水管浮力块配置方法研究
The method for configuration of deepwater drilling riser buoyancy modules
【摘要】 给出了合理配置隔水管浮力块的基本原则和主要流程;以深水钻井隔水管硬悬挂模式为例,对隔水管的轴向运动性能进行了分析,确定了悬挂状态下隔水管的动态张力,在此基础上给出了确定合理浮力系数的方法,并通过实例进行了计算与分析。本文提出的浮力块配置方法及相关研究结论可供工程应用参考。
【Abstract】 The basic principles and the main procedure for appropriate configuration of drilling riser buoyancy modules are presented.Taking hard hang off model as an example,the axial motion performance of drilling riser is analyzed and the dynamic tension of the suspended riser is identified.Based on this,the method to determine the rational buoyancy factor is proposed and the case calculation and analysis are performed.The buoyancy module configuration method proposed in this paper and the related research conclusions can be used as references in the future engineering.
