【摘要】 [目的]探讨山东省临朐县恶性肿瘤发病情况及流行特征。[方法]对2005年恶性肿瘤新发病例登记报告资料进行分析,计算发病率、标化发病率、标化截缩率、发病构成、累积率等指标。[结果]临朐县2005年恶性肿瘤发病率177.64/10万,中国标化发病率102.62/10万,世界标化率为136.37/10万,35～64岁标化截缩率为182.23/10万;0～74岁累积率为16.58%。肺癌、胃癌、肝癌三大肿瘤占全部肿瘤的67.02%;其中男性占73.45%,女性占55.73%;肺癌发病率上升到第一位。[结论]恶性肿瘤防治工作的重点应放在肺癌、胃癌、肝癌上,重点人群为25～50岁的中青年。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To investigate the incidence and distribution of cancer in Linqu County, Shandong Province. [Methods] Based on the population-based cancer registry in 2005, indices such as crude incidence rate, standardized incidence rate, standardized truncated incidence, constituent ratio, and cumulative rate were analyzed. [Results] In 2005, cancer incidence rate, standardized cancer incidence rate of China and that in the world in Linqu were 177.64/105, 102.62/105 and 136.37/105 respectively. Standardized truncated incidence in age from 35 to 64 years was 182.23/ 105. The cumulative cancer rate in age from 0 to 70 years was 16.58%. New cases with lung cancer, gastric cancer and liver cancer constituted 67.02% of all new cancer cases, and the percentage for male and female accounted for 73.45% and 55.73% respectively. Lung cancer was the leading can- cer in Linqu county. [Conclusion] The priorities for cancer prevention are lung cancer, gastric can- cer and liver cancer, and the major population is those aged from 25 to 50.更多还原
