基于小波理论的低速重载轴承的故障诊断研究
Research on Failure Diagnosis of Low-Speed Over-Loading Bearing Using Wavelet Theory
【摘要】 针对低速重载设备故障的特点,采集低速滚动轴承的故障信号。基于小波分析理论,对故障信号进行多尺度分解和信号重构,利用特定频带的信息进行故障诊断。结果表明,应用小波分析可以提取低速滚动轴承的故障特征频率。
【Abstract】 In view of low-speed Over-Loading equipment breakdown characteristic,low-speed rolling bearing’s fault signal was gathered.Based on wavelet analysis theory,carry out multi-scale signal decomposition and signal reconstruction to the fault signal.Uses information on the specific frequency bands to carry on the failure diagnosis.The result indicated that the low-speed rolling bearing’s Fault characteristic frequency can be extracted using the wavelet analysis.
