基于Petri网T_不变量考虑约束条件的可选加工方法链决策
Decision of Alternative Process Links with Constraint Condition Based on T_invariant of Petri Nets
【摘要】 计算机辅助工艺规划系统中的加工方法决策和加工顺序决策是迄今为止一直没有得到很好解决的关键问题。由于Petri网是对离散事件动态系统进行描述、建模和分析的强有力的工具,而机械制造系统又是典型的离散事件系统,所以文中采用Petri网来求解工艺规划问题。首先根据Petri网原理和产生式规则建立了基于规则的Petri网加工方法链模型;然后在考虑约束条件的基础上,提出了一种新的可选加工方法链T_不变量生成方法;最后对具体的实例进行了分析和验证。
【Abstract】 The decision of process method and process sequence in CAPP are the key problems that have not been solved properly until now.Since mechanical manufacture system is a typical discrete event system,Petri nets is adopted to solve issues regarding process planning,which is the best way to describe,model and analyze the discrete event dynamic systems.In the first place,a Petri net process method chain model is built according to the principle of Petri net and the production rule.Then a new chain-selected T-invariant creating method is proposed considering constraints.The final part of the paper deals with the analyses and verifications of examples.
