和利时运动控制卡在仿真数控装置上应用研究
Application on Simulation NC System of Hollysys Motor Control Card
【摘要】 基于PC+运动控制卡的仿真数控装置的设计方案,从硬件组成及外围电路的设计,介绍了仿真数控装置的组成。并在Windows环境下,用VC++6.0提供的MFC为工具,以对话框的形式,详细介绍了运动控制卡实时控制方法,并针对仿真数控装置上必需的数据输入,限位开关的保护,置零和复位等功能,及直线和圆弧的插补算法中数据的实时显示和控制方面,详细介绍了和利时运动控制卡软件的开发过程及要点,具有很强的实用性。
【Abstract】 A design of the Simulation NC system was presented based on PC+motor control card.The structure of simulation NC system was introduced from the hardware components and peripheral circuit design.Using MFC of VC++6.0 at Windows,the control methods of motor control card was introduced in detail by the form of dialog box.For the necessary data input,protection of limit switch,zero setting,reset,and data real-time display and control of linear and circular interpolation algorithm,it was introduced in detail of the software development process and main points of hollysys motor control card.The NC system has strong usability.
