基于FANUC 0i-Mate系统数控车床综合实验台的研究与开发
Research and Development Of CNC Experimental Platform Based on FANUC 0i-Mate System
【摘要】 基于FANUC 0 i-Mate系统数控车床综合实验台采用开放式模块化设计,着重讲述了实验台的电气柜模块与机构演示模块的设计。电气柜主要有数控装置、电源、操作面板、输入/输出、伺服驱动、主轴变频器六个模块组成;机构演示模块由X/Z双轴十字进给拖板、主轴电机及编码器、四工位刀架组成。该数控实验台主要具有数控系统的连接、安装、调试、编程、故障设置、诊断维修等多项功能。
【Abstract】 The CNC experimental platform based on FANUC 0i-Mate system was designed in openning modular.The design of electrical cabinet and machine demo module was introduced in detail.The main electrical cabinet has six modules: CNC device,power supply,operation panel,I/O,servo drives and transducer;machine demo module was composed by the X/Z axes crossed feed pallets,the spindle motor and encoder,four-component tool carrier.The experimental platform has such functions as the connection of CNC system,installation,debugging,programming,set of failure,diagnosis and maintenance.The blueprint of the experimental platform and pilot project were expounded.
