基于PLC的六工位组合机床的控制系统设计
The Design of Control System of Multi-station Modular Machine Tool Based on PLC
【摘要】 文章介绍三菱FXON系列PLC在六工位组合机床控制系统中的运用,分析了控制的内容以及控制要求,设计了控制电路,采用梯形图编程方式,用顺序控制的设计思路开发了控制程序,介绍了实现PLC控制的过程,实现了机床的自动循环加工。并对整个系统进行了运行和调试,结果表明将PLC控制技术应用于六工位组合机床的控制系统中,大大提高了其自动化程度和工作效率,同时减少了大量继电器的硬件接线,提高了系统的可靠性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the research of control system of six-station modular machine tool based on PLC is introduced.The objects and requirements of the control system are analyzed.The control circuit is designed,the control program adopting ladder diagrams programming method with the sequential control theory is developed, and the process of PLC control is fulfilled,so the machine tool of automatically circulation processes is available.It can improve the automation extent and work efficiency and reduce a great deal of hardware wiring which means the reliability of the system is improved after the running and testing of the whole system.
