【摘要】 通过CAN总线将控制层系统组网,利用以太网实现数据共享,从而实现网络监控的柔性生产线。着重讨论了柔性生产线的柔性化以及柔性生产线的结构系统,设计开发了基于CAN总线模块的柔性生产线单元控制器,实现了功能模块化和程序模块化,使得柔性线的组合和功能的实现更加灵活、便利,现场布线更加简洁、方便。并且提出了网络监控系统中各个子系统即控制层和网络监控层系统的网络结构的组网方案,最终实现了网络监控系统的柔性生产线功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the CAN bus network of the control layer,using ethernet to realize data sharing,thus realizing the flexible production line of the network monitoring.Focused on flexible production lines,as well as the flexible structure of flexible production line system,designed and developed the controller unit based on the CAN bus module of flexible production line,which achieved the modular of function and procedures,making a combination of lines more flexible and convenient,on-site wiring more concise and convenient.Proposed the network plan of the network monitoring system in each subsystem include the network monitoring layer and the control layer,finally has realized the function of the flexible production line of the network monitoring system based on CAN bus.更多还原
