方形锂离子电池卷绕设备张力控制的改进
Study on Tension Control Technique of Squal Lithium Ion Battery Winding Machine
【摘要】 为提高方形锂离子电池卷绕设备张力控制精度,在分析常规的卷绕控制系统的结构及动态模型基础上,针对特定卷针结构建立了极片送进速度与卷针转角的速度模型,并在原有的反馈张力控制器上加入了基于卷绕速度模型的前馈控制算法。试验结果表明:采用前馈+反馈的控制结构可以有效地缩小了极片的张力波动误差。
【Abstract】 After establishing the structure and dynamic model of the winding control system,a rolling velocity model of specific rolling pin was studied in this paper to improve the tension control precision of a square lithium ion battery,A feedforward control algorithm based on the rolling velocity model was introduced into the original feedback tension controller.Experiments showed that the structure of feedforward control with feedback control efficiently reduce the tension fluctuating error of the pole pieces.
