【摘要】 刀具是制造车间最重要的工装之一,刀具的管理越来越为各制造企业所重视,而刀具信息的采集和跟踪是实现刀具管理的关键部分。文章研究了基于某企业数控车间实际调研基础上的刀具信息编码技术,刀具信息激光直接标刻与二维Datamatrix条码的识别技术,以及可以应用的刀具信息解码技术,使得刀具的信息采集能够更加直接、方便的应用于工程实际,并很好的满足刀具管理系统的要求,提高企业的生产效率并降低制造资源的成本。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cutting tool is one of the most important processing equipment in manufacturing workshop.So tool management get more and more appreciate from aviation and every manufacture enterprises now.The gathering and track of information on cutting tool is the key to achieve the tool management.This article described the code technology of tool information based on actual research in a digital control workshop.The laser direct marking on tool information,and the identification technology in 2D Datamatrix barcodes,and the usable decode technology of tool information,which made the collection of information on cutting tool can be used into actual project more directly and conveniently.This can meet the needs of management system of cutting tool very well and will improve the production rate,reduce the product resource costs as well.更多还原
