【摘要】 文章在大量调研分析的基础上,讨论了制造业质量管理系统开发和应用的现状,分析了目前质量管理软件的优势和存在的不足。结合笔者参与开发的集成质量管理系统,详细的阐述了基于生产过程信息的制造业集成质量管理系统的设计思想、功能模块,重点介绍了系统实现的信息集成和质量工具集成思想。最后给出了系统进一步改善的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a great deal of survey,in this paper we have discussed the development and application of manufacture quality management system,and analyzed the advantages and shortcomings of current quality management software.Combining the experience of participating in developing the integrated quality management system,we give more details about the design ideal and function module of quality management system,and focus on the idea of realizing the integration of information and quality tools.Finally,the direction of further research and improvement of the quality system is proposed.更多还原
