【摘要】 目的了解北京市社区护士继续教育的现状与需求,为制定社区护士继续教育计划提供依据。方法选取在北京市社区卫生服务机构工作的97名社区护士作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,调查他们目前的工作内容、继续教育现状与培训需求等。结果社区护士的工作内容仍以治疗性工作为主;社区护士对各项知识的需求均处于较高水平,其中排在前五位的需求为:社区常用急救知识与方法、社区突发事件的处理、社区各类人群的疾病预防知识与方法、社区各类人群的健康促进知识与方法、社区相关人群的康复训练。结论社区护士继续教育亟待加强,培训内容需要进一步规范和调整。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the continuing education status and demands of community nurses in Beijing. Methods We investigated 97 community nurses by questionnaire containing a set of questions such as professional roles,continuing edu-cation status and demands. Results "Cure" was still the main task of community nurses. The continuing education demands of all the items were on a higher level. Their training priority in community included:first aid,action for community emergency, disease prevention,health promotion and rehabilitation training. Conclusions The continuing education of community nurses must be intensified,and the content of continuing education need to be readjusted.更多还原
