【摘要】 目的探讨将PBL教学法应用于《健康评估》的效果。方法将83名护生分为实验组40名与对照组43名,实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。结果多数实验组护生对PBL教学法评价较高,阶段测试和期末考试的病案分析平均成绩分别为76.53±13.36、8.03±1.76,而对照组的平均成绩分别为69.05±13.41、6.60±2.27,两组平均成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学法优于传统教学法,有利于培养护生分析问题、解决问题的能力,将其应用于健康评估中是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effectiveness of PBL approach with traditional teaching method.Methods 83 junior college students were randomly divided into experimental and control group.Experimental group used PBL approach and the control group used traditional teaching method.Results The average scores of stage testing and case analysis of final exami- nation were 76.53±13.36 and 8.03±1.76 for the PBL group students.Traditional teaching methods group students achieved an average of 69.05±13.41 and 6.60±2.27.The scores differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions PBL is better than traditional teaching method.PBL may help students to analyze problems and improve prob- lem-solving skills.The application of PBL is feasible in teaching health assessment.更多还原
