【摘要】 总结了15例在关节镜辅助下同种异体半月板移植手术的患者术后康复训练方法,并对其效果进行了客观的评价。康复训练分为5个阶段,重点是早期肌力练习、关节活动度练习、避免关节粘连及肌肉萎缩、恢复患肢负重、行走、平衡能力的训练、肌肉抗阻力训练、增加肌肉耐力、恢复自理活动。本组患者术后随访10-24个月,其膝关节稳定程度及活动范围均恢复良好,无明显的排异反应发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the methods and effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing of 15 patients with arthroscopy assistant meniscus allograft transplantation.The rehabilitation protocol consists of 5 stages and focuses on the exer-cises of muscle strengthening,range of motion,weight bearing,ambulating,balance controlling,muscle resistive exercise,muscle endurance exercise as well as recovery of activities of daily living.The patients’ stability of knee joint and range of motion was recovered well and no immune rejection occurred in the period of 10-24 months after the surgery.更多还原
