【摘要】 目的探讨中医辨证施护对提高产后缺乳产妇催乳的自护能力。方法将146例产后缺乳产妇随机分为试验组73例与对照组73例。产妇确诊后即由专业护士采用自行设计的"产后缺乳催乳自护能力评估量表"进行基线评估。试验组在实施常规健康教育的同时,运用中医的辨证促泌乳护理进行护理干预。对照组按传统方法进行健康教育和常规护理。1周后用同一量表通过访谈方式进行问卷调查。结果两组干预前对提高产后缺乳催乳自护能力各项得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1周后两组产妇在产后缺乳基本知识、母乳喂养知识、促泌乳护理知识、泌乳量的估算、乳房检查等的各项得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组与对照组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过运用中医辨证施护对产后缺乳产妇进行护理干预,可以提高产妇催乳通乳自护能力,促进产妇产后泌乳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of TCM dialectical nursing approach on the galactagogue behaviors in postpartum women with hypogalactia.Methods 146 postpartum women with hypogaactia were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the experimental group received TCM dialectical nursing approach to promote lactation in addition to routine nursing care and health education for one week.The patients’ glactagogue behaviors were assessed before and after the intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the self-care ability between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),while significant differences in the knowledge of hypogalactia,breast feeding,galactagogue care,estimate of milk amount,breast self-examination between the two groups after the intervention.Conclusions The application of TCM dialectical nursing approach can improve the postpartum women’s self-care ability to promote milk secretion.更多还原
