【摘要】 目的了解日本临床护士职业满意度的现状,明确影响日本护士职业满意的相关因素。方法对日本2所医院的237名临床护士进行了问卷调查。结果职业满意度各构成因素中以"职业地位"得分最高,"医护关系""护理业务"得分最低。年龄、婚姻状况、教育背景、专业科室、职位与职业满意度有关。日本护士对自身社会地位的认识影响其职业地位的满意程度,"专业自主权"的高低影响其设定未来的职业目标。结论提高护士对自身职业地位的认可,支持其实现自身的职业目标,减少和防止护理人才流失,让护理成为更有魅力的职业则是护理管理层今后的重要课题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the situation and the related factors of nurses’ job satisfaction in Japan.Methods A total of 237 clinical nurses working in one specialty hospital and one general hospital in Japan were recruited and investigated with Nurses’ Job Satisfaction Scale-Japanese version.Results The participants were most satisfied with the factor of professional status,while least satisfied with the factors of doctor-nurse relationship and task requirement.The job satisfaction was significantly related to the nurses’ age,marital status,educational background,care units and position.The nurses’ recognition to their social status influenced the satisfaction with professional status,and the satisfaction level in the factor of work autonomy influenced their professional orientation.Conclusion Further study is needed on how to improve nurses’ recognition to their professional status,support them to realize their professional goal,prevent and reduce turnover and make nursing profession more attractive.更多还原
