【摘要】 总结15例椎管内臂丛神经探查移植术的护理配合经验,包括手术前细致的心理护理,特殊器械的准备,巡回护士实施安全有效的体位护理、管线管理及密切的术中观察,器械护士实施严格的物品清点和无菌操作,并根据手术进程进行密切手术配合。15例患者均顺利完成手术,未发现并发症,有效避免了可能的手术风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 To summarize the experience and special nursing methods of 15 cases undergoing brachial plexus transplantation in spinal canal.The measures included the psychological nursing care and the preparation of special instrument before the op-eration;safe posture care and canal management,and closely observation by the itineracy nurse;strictly checking and asepsis operation,and continuous cooperation by the instrument nurse.All operations were implemented successfully.Complications were not found,the possible operative risks were prevented effectly.更多还原
