【摘要】 目的评价结构化干预对改善阿尔茨海默病患者照顾者心理感受的效果。方法便利选取30例阿尔茨海默病患者的照顾者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组15例。干预组在研究者的指导下接受结构化干预,对照组只接受一般的指导。分别于干预前、干预3个月、6个月、12个月时评价干预效果。结果干预组积极感受明显提高,但两组的焦虑、抑郁、负担和家庭关怀度没有统计学差异。结论结构化干预对改善阿尔茨海默病患者的照顾者的心理状态能够起到积极的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of instructive intervention for psychological experience of caregivers of Alzheimer’s disease patients.Methods 30 caregivers of Alzheimer’s disease patients were selected by convenient sampling and were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=15)and control group(n=15).The experimental group adopted instructive intervention.The control group was only given the general guidance.Before intervention and after 3 months,6 months,12 months of intervention,the effects were evaluated respectively.Results The positive feelings of the experimental group were obviously improved,but the anxiety,depression,burden and family care degree had no statistically significant differences between two groups.Conclusions The instructive intervention plays a positive role in improving psychological experience of caregivers of Alzheimer’s disease patients.更多还原
